Burt began his career as a member of this team with the largest firm in the area where he quickly rose to be one of the top producing agents in his area. After only 2 years in the business, he grew their platform and influence to build a brokerage that was one of the fastest growing firms in Oak Island, NC. In just a span of 4.5 years, they increased their transaction volume from 60 to nearly 400 per year. Over the years, Burt has managed over 1,000 real estate transactions.
In 2022, Burt stepped out from his firm to create a powerful team of hand picked agents.
