Heidi Shelstead is the Director of Operations whose savvy, organized, and reliable nature has ensured that each agent is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need for each appointment.

Heidi grew up in San Diego, CA where she was first exposed to the world of real estate because of her family’s General Contractor business. She moved to Leland, North Carolina in 2006 and stayed there for the next 11 years. In 2017, the quaint beach towns of Oak Island drew her to relocate closer to the ocean with her dogs Isabella and Darla.

When Heidi’s not in the office preparing the agents for their appointments, she can be found reading, gardening, or traveling.
