Born and raised in a small town in Michigan, right across the river from Canada, Evie moved to North Carolina in 1989. In 2020, she and her husband settled in Southport, a town that immediately reminded her of her hometown. For over 40 years, her husband has had ties to the area, and when he introduced Evie to the charm of Southport, she quickly fell in love with the small town. Today, she enjoys sharing her passion for the area with others, helping them find homes that fit their lifestyles and dreams.

Evie's strong commitment to her clients is deeply rooted in her personal values—she believes the client’s needs always come first, and communication is key. When Evie isn’t working, she’s a devoted “boy mom” and grandmother. She has two grown sons, four grandsons, and two mini doodles who keep her busy and entertained. She also loves to plan family trips and organize special events, making memories with her loved ones.
