I’m Melissa Marsh—a North Carolina native, REALTOR®, and coastal-living enthusiast who believes buying or selling a home doesn’t have to feel complicated.

The Brunswick County coast has been part of my story for a long time. My family and I vacationed here for more than 20 years, and I even had the opportunity to help a few clients buy and sell in the area before we officially made the move ourselves. After more than 20 years in Cumberland County, my husband and I finally decided it was time to stop vacationing at the coast and start calling it home. Best decision ever.

Now I get to help other people make their own move—whether that means relocating to the coast, buying their first home, finding the perfect piece of land, or getting a SOLD sign in the yard.

I’m big on straight answers, good communication, creative marketing, and making sure my clients actually understand what’s happening along the way. I’ll celebrate the wins with you, talk you off the ledge when real estate gets a little wild, and probably throw in a little sarcasm for free.

I’ve been honored with Rookie of the Year, Agent of the Year, and multiple production and marketing awards—but referrals and repeat clients will always be my favorite compliment.

When I’m not doing real estate, you’ll probably find me near the water, chasing a sunset, catching fish, trying a local restaurant, or soaking up everything I love about coastal Carolina.
